i was thinking of your tags (“born in the 1960s,” “dancing,” “funky”) and tried to evoke the glory days of disco when shaking one’s booty was all the rage. hence the coke reference.

i think i will stick with the conventions of spelling and grammar, but not capitalization. i’m giving up on meaning.

  Jeez, I hope I am dancing at all, period when I’m ninety. I just met a woman who is my mom’s age and she did a tap-dancing thing at an open mic. It’s not the age, I keep hearing from people, but I don’t quite believe it.

    You also need a sound person to fix up the audience noise. I couldn’t hear pt’s twang at all times.
    Maybe you can dub me in remotely, like that peace song that was popular about 4 years ago.

we might be able to swing a tiny bit–esp. considering we only practiced these songs 2x before we played this “show.”

peace song? don’t know it. but we could definitely use a shape-note singer / dancer in the band. then, we’d be a mumford band!
